Index No. A4819 Swiss Gold Half Hunter
A late 19th Century Swiss lever in a gold half hunter case. Keyless nickelled 17 jewel bar movement with going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. Straight line club foot lever escapement. White enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman and Arabic numerals, attractive blue steel and gilt hands. Engine turned 18 carat half hunter case with blue enamel chapter ring, vacant shield shaped cartouche on the back cover. Engine turned signed gold cuvette with details of the movement.
