decoration ad the edges and centre, pierced gilt hands. 18 carat gold and enamel open face case, the bezels set with split pearls. Fully restored cartouche shaped enamel scene of a couple in a garden set within a border of dark blue enamel. Gold cuvette, Longines case stamp and signed movement.
