A late 19th Century Swiss cylinder, the digital dial with painted scene, in a silver full hunter case. Gilt three quarter plate keyless movement with going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel regulator, plain three arm gilt balance with spiral hairspring. Painted dial with a lakeside scene, a mountain in the background.. At the top a circular aperture for the hours and at the centre a continuously turning disc for the minutes in a sector shaped aperture with subsidiary seconds below. Silver full hunter case, the covers engine turned and engraved with foliate decoration.
