A 19^th Century English verge in an engine turned full hunter case. Full plate gilt keywind fusee movement, plain cock, plain three arm steel balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. Off white enamel dial with Roman numerals, gilt hands. Engine turned silver full hunter case, maker's mark "GS" and number corresponding to that on the movement.
