A late 18^th Century French quarter repeating ruby cylinder in a gold consular case. Full plate gilt fusee movement with signed and numbered gilt dust cover. Finely pierced and engraved bridge cock with steel coqueret, plain three arm gilt balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. Silver regulator dial with blue steel indicator. Ruby cylinder, steel escape wheel. Round pillars. Push pendant dumb quarter repeating on the case. Winding through the fully restored white enamel dial, Arabic numerals, blue steel hands. Plain 18 carat consular case, gold push pendant.
