A 20^th Century American lever by Hamilton in a rolled gold open face case and original box. High quality 992B model damascened nickelled split three quarter plate keyless movement with going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel micrometer regulator. Compensation balance with overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement, gold set jewelling, escape and lever pivots with endstones. Gold train wheels. Signed white dial with subsidiary seconds, bold black Arabic numerals and red five minute markings, blue steel hands. Gold filled open face case with screw back and bezel, marked "Hamilton Watch Co. 10K Gold filled". Original signed hinged box lined with blue velvet constructed from a white plastic like material.
