A mid 19^th Century Swiss lever in a gold open face case. Good quality keywind gilt bar movement with suspended going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. Right angle club foot lever escapement with gold lever and endstones in gold settings. White enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel hands. Engine turned 18 carat open face case with ribbed middle, gold cuvette, the retailers signature hidden by decorative engraving.
