A late 18^th Century gold and enamel Swiss watch with converted movement. Full plate gilt keywind fusee movement. Plain cock, blue steel Bosley regulator, compensation balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. Converted to English lever escapement. Winding through the white enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, gold beetle and poker hands. Fully restored enamel and gold case. Applied gold rope decoration to the bezels. Translucent dark blue enamel over an engine turned ground on the back decorated with a polychrome scene show a dog watching two doves flying above.
