A fine and rare Swiss dumb quarter repeating virgule in a gold and enamel case set with large pastes. Keywind gilt Lepine calibre movement with suspended going barrel, polished steel stop work. Plain cock with polished steel coqueret and regulator. Plain three arm gold balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. Polished steel virgule staff, brass escape wheel. Push pendant quarter repeating hamers striking the side of the case. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, decorative gilt minute ring, blue steel Breguet hands. Fine gold and enamel case, the bezels set with a row of large paste stones. The back decorated by translucent blue enamel over an engine turned ground. In the centre a polychrome enamel portrait of a young woman holding an infant. Gilt metal cuvette.
