A late 19th Century centre seconds English lever in a gold open face case. Gilt three quarter plate keyless movement with going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. English table roller lever escapement Screwed in jewelling. White enamel dial marked "Marine Decimal Chronograph. Centre seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel seconds hand, gilt hands. Substantial plain 18 carat open face case, a slide in the band to stop the balance. Number corresponding to that on the movement and maker's mark "PW" in a rectangle.
