Club foot lever escapement, escape pivots with endstones. Heavy compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. Signed and numbered white enamel dial, subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel hands. Silver open face case with screw back bearing Nardin's mark inside and engraved "H.S.^2 D^D) Mahogany deck box, brass bowl with glazed screw bezel, signed bone disc bearing a broad arrow between the letters "CW" and number corresponding to the watch. In the lid a typed card - "Issued form H.M Chronometer Depot Bristol 29/Jun /1943".
