An early 20^th Century freesprung English lever in a gold full hunter case. Gilt three quarter plate keyless movement with going barrel. Engraved cock with diamond endstone. Freesprung compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. English table roller lever escapement. Screwed in jewelling, escape and lever pivots with endstones. Signed and numbered white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel hands. Substantial plain 18 carat full hunter case. Gold cuvette with a dedication dated 1912, number corresponding to that on the movement and maker's mark "PW" in an oval.
