A late 18th English verge in gilt metal pair cases. Full plate fire gilt movement with round pillars. Pierced and engraved cock with diamond endstone in a blue steel setting, silver regulator disc. Plain three arm steel balance, blue steel spiral hairspring. Fully restored white enamel dial with Roman numerals, gold hands. Plain gilt metal pair cases, the inner with maker's mark "WR" in a rectangle.
