An early 19th Century English fusee chronometer in a silver open face case. Full plate gilt keywind fusee movement. Harrison's maintaining power. Engraved cock with diamond endstone, gilt regulator, plain three arm steel balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. Earnshaw type spring detent escapement. Silver engine turned dial with gilt subsidiary seconds marked "Chronometer", applied gold Roman numerals, blue steel hands. Engine turned silver open face case with ribbed middle, maker's mark "WW" in a rectangle.
