A late 19th Century lever by Patek Philippe in a gold open face case with box hinge. Keyless gilt bar movement with going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. Club foot lever escapement, the arms with counterbalance extensions. White enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, black Roman numerals and blue Arabic numerals for the minutes, pierced gilt hands. Plain 18 carat open face case with a protruding hinge in 18th century style for the back cover. Fixed to the back cover a pierced gold crown and the initials "EV". Signed and numbered gold cuvette.
