A 19th Century minute repeating chronograph in a silver gilt and enamel full hunter case. Gilt three quarter plate keyless movement with going barrel. Polished steel flyback chronograph work above the plates. Plain cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement. Slide minute repeating on two polished steel gongs. Chased and engraved armorial plate over the repeating barrel. Signed white enamel dial with centre seconds flyback chronograph and subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel hands. Silver gilt full hunter case, both covers decorated with fully restored polychrome enamel scenes on a ground of translucent green enamel over engine turning. The scenes depict a Mother and child in a garden. Slide for the repeat and button for the chronograph in the band.
