A fine late 18th Century English cylinder in gold pair cases. Full plate fire gilt movement with signed gilt dust cover. Pierced and engraved cock, very large diamond endstone in a blue steel setting, silver regulator disc. Fusee and chain with worm and wheel barrel setup between the plates. Plain three arm steel balance, blue steel spiral hairspring. Polished steel cylinder, large brass escape wheel. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, fine gold arrow hands. Matching plain gold (probably 22 carat) pair cases, gold pendant and bow. , maker's mark "SC"
