Index No. A72M9 Swiss Keyless Fusee Chronometer Movement
A 19th Century Swiss chronometer movement with early keyless winding and hand set by Henry Courvoisier.  Gilt three quarter plate movement stamped "Henry Courvoisier  - Faure - Locle Suisse" under the dial.  Fusee and chain with unusually early steel keyless winding and setting work on the top plate.  Harrison's maintaining power.  Plain cock with garnet endstone, compensation balance with freesprung helical blue steel hairspring.  Earnshaw type spring detent escapement, screwed in jewelling, escape pivots with endstones.  Clip on white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals.
