An early 19th Century half quarter repeating cylinder movement by John Roger Arnold. Full plate gilt keywind fusee movement with Harrison's maintaining power. Plain cock, blue steel regulator, plain three arm polished steel balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. Polished steel cylinder, large steel escape wheel, pivots with endstones. Push pendant Stogden type half quarter repeating on two steel gongs. Signed and numbered white enamel dial with Arabic numerals.

Very good, some rust to the repeating work. Hairline crack to the dial and the feet broken. Lacking lower balance endstone and motion work.
