A late 19th Century Swiss keyless gilt bar movement. Going barrel, frosted steel wolf's teeth winding work. Plain cock with polished steel regulator. compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement. Clip on signed white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, gilt hands.
A high quality movement which was probably manufactured by Vacheron & Constantin.
