decorative frosted gilt mask of a plain gilt ground, blue steel hands. Lacquered polished brass case with similar masks at the top and base of each side. Fluted cast square columns, turned finials and feet. Glazed sides and hinged rear door, glazed rectangular aperture to reveal the platform, folding fluted cast handle.
