There is a degree of mystery surrounding the discovery of an antique bronze bracelet which was found buried in farmland in Linby, Nottinghamshire.

The bracelet was discovered at Brook Farm, which is run by Nottinghamshire County Council and provides training and employment to people with disabilities.

Now archaeologists have joined in to try and assist with shedding some light on the situation, and they believe it could be from the Victorian era and suspect it originates from Africa.

However, it remains likely that there will always be unanswered questions over who owned it and exactly where it came from.
